Responsibility for the report

The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) hereby confirms that it is responsible for the truthfulness of the Integrated Annual Report of the GPW Group 2020 and represents, to the best of its knowledge, that the Report includes all relevant matters and that the information contained in the report is true and presents a fair picture of the development, achievements and standing of the Group, including a description of the key threats and risks.

In 2020, the WSE Management Board decided that Izabela Olszewska would be responsible for ESG issues on the Management Board.
